Project Description

Challenge

Langbay's work is strategic. They help international companies enter the Polish market, not just translate their content. But their brand didn't reflect that. They looked like one of many generic language agencies. Hard to justify a premium, hard to attract the right clients. The founder's personal approach — careful, expert, human — was a real differentiator. It just wasn't visible anywhere. The brand needed to change that.

Approach

We started from the business problem, not the aesthetic. Before any visual direction was set, we needed to understand who Langbay's best clients are, what makes them choose one agency over another, and what "trust" looks like in this specific market. That thinking shaped every decision. The identity is confident and a little unexpected. Bold enough to stand out in a space full of safe, corporate language services, grounded enough to feel credible. The hand-drawn annotation elements reference the editorial process behind translation and make the human expertise behind each project immediately legible. The illustration system and custom icons extend that logic across touchpoints. Each one maps to a specific service or principle, so potential clients quickly understand what Langbay offers and how they think. The website was built around one question every prospective client brings: ”Can I trust these people with something that matters to my business?” The structure answers it progressively, leading with differentiation, building credibility through specificity, making the next step easy to take. What we delivered:Visual identityCustom illustration system and icon setUX/UI design and web developmentMarketing collateral: ebook, social media templates, presentations.

Outcome

The rebrand did exactly what it was supposed to do. Langbay is now attracting the clients they want to work with — not the ones they feel obligated to take. The project grew from a brand identity into a full ecosystem. By the end, Langbay had everything they needed to show up consistently:A website designed to convert, not just impressContent templates ready to use across every channelA brand system their team could own and extend independentlyWhat stood out as much as the work itself was the process — making sure the client understood every decision and felt confident in every direction. A brand only works long-term if the person behind it genuinely owns it.
